Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept paypal, direct debit, visa and mastercard.  All the information will be displayed when you check out your order.

What are your shipping charges?

Within Australia - a cost of $5.00 postage will be incurred on all orders under $99.99. 

Within Australia -  if you order is above $100 the postage is FREE.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you may pick up your order, if you have made prior arrangement to do so.

Will I be charged a customs fee?

Duties and taxes my apply if you are located outside of Australia.

How will I know when my order has been posted?

You will automatically be notified via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Within Australia usually between 2 to 10 days depending on your location.  Outside of Australia approximately between 1 to 8 weeks depending on where you live.
